• Gastrointestinal infections: Such as infectious diarrhea and typhoid fever.

• Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol while on this medication, as it can increase side effects like dizziness and stomach upset.
• Food Interactions: Dairy products (milk, cheese, curd) and antacids can reduce the absorption of Ofloxacin. Take the antibiotic at least 2 hours before or after consuming these products.
• Driving: This medication may cause dizziness or affect your vision, so avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Specific Conditions: Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, epilepsy, a history of seizures, or tendon-related issues.
