The

is an easy-to-use, single-step home pregnancy test kit that detects the presence of the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) hormone in urine to confirm pregnancy with up to 99% accuracy.

Kit Contents
Each Prega News kit typically includes:
  • 1 x Single-use pregnancy detection card (test device)
  • 1 x Disposable dropper
  • Silica granules (desiccant) to prevent moisture
How to Use the Prega News Card
For the most accurate results, it is best to use your first morning urine, as it contains the highest concentration of the hCG hormone.
  1. Collect your first morning urine in a clean, dry container.
  2. Using the provided dropper, draw a few drops of the urine sample.
  3. Dispense exactly 3 drops into the small, round sample well (marked “S”) on the test card.
  4. Wait for 5 minutes, keeping the card on a flat, stable surface.
  5. Read the results in the result window.
Interpreting the Results
The results window has two sections: “C” (Control) and “T” (Test).
  • Positive Result (Pregnant): Two pink lines appear – one on the C and one on the T.
  • Negative Result (Not Pregnant): Only one pink line appears, on the C.
  • Invalid Result: No lines appear, or a line appears only on the T. In this case, the test is invalid, and you should use a new kit to retest.
  • Faint Line on T: If you see a dark line on C and a very faint line on T, the hCG hormone level may not be high enough yet. Retest with early morning urine again after 2-3 days.
The test provides results within 5 minutes, but results should not be read after the 5-minute window as they may be inaccurate.
