- Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Controls the excessive acid production in the stomach caused by a rare disorder involving a tumor.
- Prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers: Helps prevent stomach ulcers and acidity that can occur with the prolonged use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (painkillers).
