Effective use of the Revolizer involves several steps. To begin, open the device by aligning the arrows, insert a medication capsule (Rotacap) with the transparent end down, and close the mouthpiece until it clicks. Before inhaling, exhale fully away from the device. Place the mouthpiece between your teeth, seal your lips, and inhale deeply and quickly; you should hear the capsule spinning. Remove the device and hold your breath for about 10 seconds or as long as comfortable. After exhaling slowly, check the capsule to ensure all powder is gone; if not, repeat the inhalation. Finally, open the device, discard the empty capsule, and clean the mouthpiece and chamber with a dry cloth before storing it.
