Zerodol TH 4 Tablet is a prescription medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness caused by muscle spasms and musculoskeletal conditions. It is a combination of a painkiller and a muscle relaxant.

This is a prescription medication. Take it with food to minimize stomach upset. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it can increase side effects. It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Inform your doctor about any pre-existing conditions like stomach ulcers, heart problems, or kidney/liver disease. 

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, heartburn, dizziness, and increased liver enzyme levels. Consult your doctor if side effects are persistent or severe.
